  • Full name, email address, job title, ERP system, and project status (from the trial download form)
  • Payment and billing details if you purchase a license (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Basic technical data (e.g., OS type) used only to generate your download link and trial key

  • Send onboarding or essential license information

Form submissions and license data are stored securely using AWS infrastructure in the United States. We retain only the minimum information needed for operational or legal purposes, typically no longer than 12 months after a trial or subscription ends, unless required by law.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, your personal data may be processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to ensure adequate protection.

7. Data Security

All communications between your browser and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to stored records is restricted to authorized personnel only. Our desktop software processes data locally on your device—no customer datasets are transmitted to us.
